KASE determined leaders of exchange GS purchase and sale market for November and 11 months of 2008
/KASE, December 4, 08/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) determined
leaders of exchange government securities (GS) purchase and sale market in
Kazakhstan for November 2008.

Below are the "top-10" category "K" KASE members (headquarters of all
companies are located in Almaty). The stake "top-10" in November comprised
65.4 % of the Exchange GS secondary market turnover.

The "top-10" newcomers relative to October 2008 became IFG CONTINENT,
Subsidiary of Nurbank MONEY EXPERTS, Eurasian Capital (Subsidiary of
Eurasian Bank), ATFBank and Open accumulative pension fund Otan
(Subsidiary of ATFBank), having replaced:

- NURBANK (fourth);

- SB HSBC Bank of Kazakhstan (fifth);

- Subsidiary of BTA Bank - Temirbank (seventh);

- Eximbank Kazakhstan (eighth);

- Alan Securities (ninth);

Totally, 30 companies, excluding the National Bank, concluded purchase and
selling deals in GS in November 2008.

The table below indicates the most active KASE category "К" members in the
sector for 11 months of 2008. 54 companies, excluding the National Bank,
concluded deals in this period. The stake of the "top-10" constituted for
