Kazakhstan Stock Exchange along with its executives drawn to administrative responsibility
/KASE, March 20, 14/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (hereinafter – the Exchange) 
notifies you that by resolutions of the National Bank of the Republic of 
Kazakhstan on imposing of administrative sanction on the proceeding on 
administrative violation of March 14, 2014 the Exchange and its executives were 
imposed the following administrative sanctions in form of penalties whose total 
amount made up 1,100 monthly calculation indices. Sanctions were imposed for 
violations provided for in:

- part 1 article 168-2 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code 
  (hereinafter – the Code) for provision by the Exchange of unreliable accounts 
  to the authorized body;

- part 1 article 193 of the code for provision by the Exchange of unreliable 
  accounts to the authorized body;

- article 199 of the Code for the Exchange's failure to meet requirements for 
  the procedure and terms of disclosure of information on its operations set by 
  laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Exchange takes measures to strengthen the control of drawing up and 
submission to the authorized body of accounts stipulated by laws of the Republic 
of Kazakhstan.
