BASPANA MORTGAGE ORGANIZATION RAISES KZT22.1 BN ON KASE PLACING BONDS KZ2C00006211 (BASPB4) WITH WEIGHTED AVERAGE YIELD OF 10.9474 % APR THROUGH SUBSCRIPTION
/KASE, October 11, 2019/ – As announced earlier, an initial offering of 
international bonds KZ2C00006211 (BASPb4, KZT1,000, KZT70.0 bn; September 26, 
2019 – September 26, 2021, annual coupon 8.50 % APR, 30/360)  of Baspana Mortgage 
Organization (Almaty) was conducted in the module "Subscription" of trading system 
of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange) today by way of subscription 
to them.

Subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" acted as the seller 
during the subscription to said bonds.

The nominal volume of bonds offered was KZT25,000,000,000 (25,000,000 pieces with 
a face value of KZT1,000). A total of seven limit orders with a face value of 
KZT22,130,927,333.3 for purchase of 23,000,000 pieces of bonds were submitted to 
the trading system. These orders were acknowledged as active at the end of the 
order collection. Clean price of active orders submitted was within the range 
from 95.8630 to 95.9606 % of the face value (10.95–10.86 % APR); weighted average 
price made up 95.8673 % of the face value (10.9474 % APR). The demand during 
subscription reached 92.0% to the volume of supply.

In the total volume of active orders the share of second-tier banks accounted
for 58.7 %, broker-dealers accounted for 21.7%, other institutional investors 
accounted for 19.6%.

By results of trades, the issuer set the cut-off price at the level of 95.8630 %
of the face value (10,95 % APR), executed seven orders, thereby placing 23,000,000 
pieces of bonds for the total amount of KZT22,130,927,333. Weighted average clean 
price made up 95.8673 % of the face value (10.9474 % APR).

According to data from the Central Securities Depository (Almaty) all deals based  
on results of the subscription to said bonds by the moment of release of this 
information were settled, the subscription was completed.
