/IRBIS, July 12, 2011/ - "KMK Munai" JCS (Aktobe, hereinafter - Company), whose stocks are officially listed at KASE, has provided KASE with the decision of its sole stockholder - YUKON ENERGY HOLDING S.A. from July 5, 2011. According to the given document, the sole stockholder has decided the following: - to approve the conclusion of additional agreements to contract # 50 from 30 December 1996 implementing additional exploration and production of hydrocarbons from the field Kokzhide, located in the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan, providing: - extension of the evaluation period for subsalt structures by 30 December 2013, with financial commitments in the work program of $ 85,182,900.0; - changes in the part of the work program for suprasalt structure with financial commitments in the work program of $299,346,930.0 for the period of production till July 01, 2028. - approve the conclusion of additional agreements to contract # 51 from 30 December 1996 implementing additional exploration and production of hydrocarbons from the field Kumsay, located in the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan, providing: - extension of the exploration period for subsalt structures to December 30, 2012 with the financial obligations under the work program of $11,166,200.0; - to implement changes to the side of the transition to a stage of production of suprasalt structures with their financial commitments in the work program of $98,209,100.0 for the period of experimental-industrial development of suprasalt structures of the field. - to approve a supplementary agreement to the contract # 731 dated 01 August 2001 on combined additional exploration and production of hydrocarbons from the field Mortuk of Aktobe region of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides for the extension of the exploration period of subsalt structures to 07 August 2011.
