KEGOC (Kazakhstan) not to raise tariffs

/IRBIS, March 25, 01/ - The Great Silk Road World News Agency informs, with the reference to the company spokesman, that KEGOC does not plan to increase tariffs for electric power transmission services via electric grids of the company. He said this announcement is a response to rumors about the intention to increase tariffs beginning the 1st of April this year. KEGOC received instructions that were given jointly by the Agency for Monitoring of Natural Monopolies, the Department for Protection of Competition and Support to Small Businesses, and Kazakhstan's Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry. In compliance with those instructions, the company is developing a new tariff scheme that will not raise expenses for the company and will not change tariffs on services.
