From March 18, common shares KZ1C00001155 (ATVS) of Subsidiary company "Aktobe-Temir-VS" will be delisted from KASE at issuer initiative

/KASE, March 17, 2025/ – By a decision of the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated March 17, 2025, common shares KZ1C00001155 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", ATVS) of Subsidiary company "Aktobe-Temir-VS" JSC (Aqtobe region) were delisted from KASE. This decision of the Listing committee comes into effect on March 18, 2025. This decision was made on the basis of the application of Subsidiary company "Aktobe-Temir-VS" JSC for voluntary delisting of the specified shares from KASE. The specified shares were included in the second category of KASE official list from November 19, 2015, and from June 1, 2017 they had been in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative market.
