/KASE, April 2, 2025/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), as of April 15, 2025, global depositary receipts US48666D2045 ("derivative securities" sector, KZTKd), the underlying asset of which is common shares KZ0009093241 (KASE main market, "premium" category, KZTK) of Kazakhtelecom JSC (Astana), will be delisted from KASE official list. This decision was made on the basis of subitem 2) of item 3 of Article 19 of KASE's internal document "Listing Rules" due to the absence of an admission initiator for the specified securities. The specified securities were included in the "Derivatives" sector of KASE official list on March 11, 2021. Trading in them was opened on March 12, 2021. [2025-04-02]
