Bonds KZ2C00013761 (MFKMb6) and KZ2C00013779 (MFKMb7) of Microfinance Organization "KMF" pass listing procedure on KASE in "commercial bonds" category of main market

/KASE, April 10, 2025/ – The Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on April 10, 2025 decided to include the following bonds of Microfinance Organization "KMF" JSC (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: 1) KZ2C00013761 (1,000 tenge, 5.0 bn tenge; 360 days; annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering trading session; 30/360), trading code – MFKMb6; 2) KZ2C00013779 (1,000 tenge, 5.0 bn tenge; 360 days; annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering trading session; 30/360), trading code – MFKMb7. The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. More detailed information on these bond issues will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Management Board comes into effect. [2025-04-10]
