Bonds KZ2C00010833 (MFOKb27) of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of main market

/KASE, April 11, 2025/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on April 11, 2025 decided to include bonds KZ2C00010833 ($100; $20.0 mln; 2 years; monthly coupon, 10.00 % APR; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The issue of these bonds is the second one within the framework of the third bond program of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC, registered on December 29, 2023 in the amount of 200.0 mln US dollars. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MFOKb27. More detailed information on the said bond issue will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing commission comes into effect. [2025-04-11]
