/KASE, April 21, 2025/ – As announced earlier, on April 18, 2025 the
Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include
bonds KZ2P00013832 (ORBSb5; KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; 360 days; monthly
coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful auction
for offering of bonds; 30/360) of Orbis Leasing LLP in the "commercial bonds"
category of KASE official list's alternative market.
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is April 21, 2025.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
