KASE's Management Board decided to include bonds KZ2P00013857 (MFLGb15) and KZ2P00013865 (MFLGb16) of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" in "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market

/KASE, April 29, 2025/ – On April 29, 2025, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" LLP (Shymkent) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market: - KZ2P00013857 (KZT 1,000, KZT 700.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 23.00 % per annum; 30/360), trade code – MFLGb15; - KZ2P00013865 (KZT 1,000, KZT 700.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 23.00 % per annum; 30/360), trade code – MFLGb16. The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will also be announced later. More detailed information on the specified bond issues will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Management Board comes into effect. [2025-04-29]
