Bonds KZ2P00014012 (MFRFb17) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" passed listing procedure on KASE in "commercial bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, May 14, 2025/ – On May 13, 2025 the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00014012 (KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; 360 days; monthly coupon, 19.00 % APR; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP (Astana) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The indicated bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) MFRFb17.
