/KASE, May 19, 2025/ – Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of
Kazakhstan Halyk Finance JSC (KASE ticker – HFIN, in the heading – Halyk
Finance) announced the decisions of the sole shareholder dated April 29, 2025.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited annual financial statements of the company for 2024;
- to approve the following procedure for distributing the company's net income
for 2024:
- 3,300,011,047.20 tenge shall be allocated for the payment of dividends
on the company's common shares for 2024;
- the remaining portion of net income for 2024 shall not be distributed and
shall be used as retained earnings.
