On May 22, KASE suspended trading in common shares KZ0009093241 (KZTK) of Kazakhtelecom due to a 31.51% decrease in their price

/KASE, May 22, 2025/ – Today at 12:08 Astana time, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) suspended trading in common shares KZ0009093241 (KASE main market, "premium" category, KZTK) of Kazakhtelecom JSC due to a 31.51% decrease in their price. Trading has been suspended in accordance with subitem 1) of item 2 of Article 25 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" (Rules), according to which KASE suspends trading when the price of shares listed on KASE official list in the "Premium" category decreases by 30 percent or more relative to the price formed at the close of the trading day preceding such decrease. In this case, the suspension of trading is carried out in KASE's trading system in the main trading modes automatically. The decision to resume trading in the specified shares will be made on the basis of item 7 of Article 25 of the Rules. The price of the last executed transaction with KZTK, concluded on May 21, 2025, was 58,400.00 tenge per share.
