Since June 4, four issues of Home Credit Bank bonds included in "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market

/KASE, June 4, 2025/ – On June 2, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Home Credit Bank JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: 1) KZ2C00014066 (HCBNb17; KZT 1,000, KZT 20.0 bn; 5 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering trading; 30/360); 2) KZ2C00014173 (HCBNb20; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 3 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering trading; 30/360); 3) KZ2C00014116 (HCBNb18; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 3 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering trading; 30/360); 4) KZ2C00014124 (HCBNb19; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 2 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering trading; 30/360). This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on June 4, 2025. The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally. These bond issues are the third to sixth under the fourth bond program of Home Credit Bank JSC, registered on May 16, 2024, in the amount of KZT 200.0 bn.
