/KASE, June 11, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that since June 11, 2025, trading in the following common shares on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty has been suspended on KASE: 1) US79466L3024 (sector "KASE" Global ", CRM _ KZ) of SALESFORCE.COM Inc, with settlement dates on or after June 18, 2025; trading will resume on June 20, 2025; 2) US92343V1044 (sector "KASE Global", VZ_KZ) of Verizon Communications Inc. with settlement dates on or after July 10, 2025; trading will resume on July 14, 2025. Trading has been suspended in accordance with subitem 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record date for the specified shares.
