Subscription to bonds KZ2P00013139 (MFBLb5) of Birinshi Lombard declared failed

/KASE, June 17, 2025/ – As previously announced, the initial offering of bonds KZ2P00013139 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", MFBLb5; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.0 bn, 3 years; quarterly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Birinshi Lombard LLP (Almaty) was held in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today through a subscription to them. The seller for the subscription to the said bonds was BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) (Almaty). Subscription orders were collected on June 17, 2025, from 10:00 to 13:00 Astana time. Bonds with a total face value of KZT 300.0 mln were offered for placement. Only limit orders were accepted within the framework of the subscription. The subscription was recognized and declared failed due to the fact that KASE did not accept a single limit offset order.
