/KASE, June 20, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Development
Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (KASE ticker – BRKZ) dated June 4, 2025, G.
Uzbekov was removed from the bank's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Development
Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of five persons.
