Since July 15, common KZ0009093704 (KZCR) and preferred KZ0009089744 (KZCRp) shares of Transnational Company Kazchrome delisted from KASE at issuer initiative

/KASE, July 15, 2025/ – By a decision of the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated July 14, 2025, the following shares of Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC were excluded from KASE official list: - common shares KZ0009093704 (KASE main market, category "standard", KZCR); - preferred shares KZ 0009089744 (KASE main market, category "standard", KZCRp). This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on July 15, 2025. This decision was made on the basis of the request of Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC for voluntary delisting of the specified shares from KASE official list. The specified shares had been in the "standard" category of KASE official list's main market since August 25, 2018. No trading in them had been opened. [2025-07-15]
