Since July 30, common shares KZ1C00003821 (ZHLT) of Zhaltyrbulak delisted from KASE at issuer initiative

/KASE, July 30, 2025/ – By a decision of the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated July 29, 2025, common shares KZ1C00003821 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", ZHLT) of Zhaltyrbulak JSC have been delisted from KASE. This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on July 30, 2025. This decision was made on the basis of a request of Zhaltyrbulak JSC for voluntary delisting of the said shares from KASE. The specified shares had been in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative market since February 8, 2021. Trading in them opened from May 11, 2021. [2025-07-30]
