Trading in common shares of two names will be suspended on KASE as of August 4

/KASE, August 1, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of August 4, 2025, trading in the following common shares on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE: 1) US6745991058 (sector "KASE Global", OXY_KZ) of Occidental Petroleum Corp. (USA), whose settlement date falls on September 10, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on September 12, 2025; 2) US3453708600 (sector "KASE Global", F_KZ) of Ford Motor Company (USA), whose settlement date falls on August 11, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on August 13, 2025. Trading has been suspended in accordance with subitem 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record date for the specified shares.
