Trading in common shares of two names will be suspended on KASE as of August 6

/KASE, August 5, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of August 6, 2025, trading in the following common shares in repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE: 1) US0378331005 ("KASE Global" sector, AAPL_KZ) of Apple Inc. (USA), whose settlement date falls on August 11, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on August 13, 2025; 2) US30231G1022 ("KASE Global" sector, XOM_KZ) of Exxon Mobil Corporation (USA), whose settlement date falls on August 15, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on August 18, 2025. Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE was informed about the record date on the specified shares.
