/KASE, August 21, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of August 22, 2025, trading in bonds KZ2C00013811 (KASE alternative market, "bonds" category, UZPAb1) of Ust-Kamenogorsk industrial valves plant JSC will be suspended on KASE. Trading has been suspended in accordance with subitem 1) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" in connection with the decision of the company's Board of Directors to amend the issue prospectus of the specified bonds.
