/KASE, August 22, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Teniz
Capital Investment Banking JSC (KASE ticker – TCIB) dated August 20, 2025,
Zh. Zhomartova was removed from the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Teniz Capital
Investment Banking JSC consists of three people.
