/KASE, September 18, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of
KazAgroFinance JSC (KASE ticker – KAFI) dated September 11, 2025, the
following persons were elected to the company's Management Board:
- M. Alish;
- Y. Zhumzhaev;
- Zh. Orazbaev;
- A. Seitzhanov.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of
KazAgroFinance JSC consists of five persons.
