/KASE, September 19, 2025, trading suspension date changed/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of September 22, 2025, trading in the following common shares on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE: 1) US46625H1005 (sector "KASE Global", JPM_KZ) of JPMorgan Chase & Co., whose settlement date falls on October 6, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on October 8, 2025; 2) US5949181045 (sector "KASE Global", MSFT_KZ) of Microsoft Corporation, whose settlement date falls on November 20, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on November 24, 2025; 3) US57636Q1040 (sector "KASE Global", MA_KZ) of Mastercard, Inc., whose settlement date falls on October 9, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on October 13, 2025. Trading has been suspended in accordance with subitem 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record dates of the specified shares.
