Trading in three ETFs suspended on KASE since September 22

/KASE, September 22, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that since September 22, 2025, trading of the following ETFs on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty has been suspended on KASE: 1) US4642882249 (sector "KASE Global", ICLN_KZ) of iShares Global Clean Energy ETFs, with the settlement date falling on December 16, 2025 and December 30, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on January 5, 2026; 2) US46137V1420 (sector "KASE Global", PHO_KZ) of Invesco Water Resources ETF, with the settlement date falling on December 22, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on December 24, 2025; 3) US46090E1038 (sector "KASE Global", QQQ_KZ) of Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1, with the settlement date falling on December 22, 2025 and subsequent dates; trading will resume on December 24, 2025. Trading has been suspended in accordance with subitem 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record date on the specified ETFs.
