Since September 25, three issues of bonds of KazAgroFinance included in "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

/KASE, September 25, 2025/ – On September 23, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: 1) KZ2C00015527 (KAFIb15; KZT 1,000, KZT 10.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360); 2) KZ2C00015535 (KAFIb16; KZT 1,000, KZT 20.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360); 3) KZ2C00015543 (KAFIb17; KZT 1,000, KZT 20.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360). This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on September 25, 2025. The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
