On September 29, MFO "Robokash.kz" LLP (hereinafter referred to as the
Company) received a notice from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for
Regulation and Development of the Financial Market about the suspension of
issuance of microloans for 2 months.
The company is using this pause to adapt its product and improve its internal
processes. The freed-up resources will be used to launch new products,
including microloans for SMEs and loans secured by cars. The company views
this as an opportunity to improve the quality of its services and ensure full
compliance with current regulations and regulatory requirements.
"We respect the regulator's decision and view it as an important stage in our
own development. This period will allow us to systematically review our
internal processes and improve their efficiency. We are currently working
closely with the financial regulator and developing a detailed corrective
action plan. Our goal is to address the concerns as quickly as possible, adapt
the product, and return to a new level of quality," comments Asset Kassenbaev,

This decision does not affect existing agreements with our clients – all terms
of service and microloan repayment obligations remain intact.
