The largest number of transactions among the shares of the representative list were made with shares of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC – 2,332. The largest volume of transactions was in shares of KEGOC JSC – 79.6 million tenge. Shares of four issuers demonstrated growth – Air Astana JSC (+6.26%), Kaspi.kz JSC (+0.93%), Kazatomprom National Atomic Company JSC (+0.33%) and KazTransOil JSC (+0.13%).
MONEY MARKET
Yield on repo transactions with government securities (GS) for one day (TONIA) decreased by 21 b.p. and amounted to 15.85% per annum following results of the trading day. The rate of borrowing tenge against US dollars for one day (SWAP-1D (USD)) decreased by 50 b.p. and amounted to 11.33% per annum. The total volume of trading in one-day money market instruments amounted to 450.002 billion tenge.

As of 17:00, the average weighted exchange rate of the US dollar to the tenge with a settlement date of "tomorrow" based on the results of trading on Friday was 504.72 tenge. The national currency depreciated by 9.13 tenge. The trading volume was 314.385 million US dollars. 1,002 transactions were concluded. The minimum price was 498.94 tenge per US dollar, the maximum was 507.77 tenge, and the price of the last transaction was 501.00 tenge.
The price of May Brent oil futures on the London ICE Futures exchange increased by 0.94% by 18:00 Almaty time on Friday and amounted to 70.54 US dollars per barrel.
